The relationship between lawyer and client is based on trust! Freedom of mutual choice and mutual trust between lawyer and client are basic prerequisites for acceptance and duration and for successful preparation and organization of representation. A lawyer can accept representation only when if he was asked to do so, or when representation was assigned to him by the decision of the competent authority.

The lawyer is free to decide whether to accept representations.

Differences between the parties in terms of gender, race, nationality, language, religion, political and other convictions, origin, social position, political and economic power, property status and party affiliation must not influence the decision on representation.
